Cracked Logic
The sidewalks in Trappe are still an issue as the clock keeps ticking closer to the November 17th deadline. I have not seen any work done on any property in the Borough. i did, however, get a copy of the letter that was sent out to the residents, specifically the Main Street ones, who had their sidewalks spray painted with white streaks marking the areas needing repair A DAY before anyone received their letter.

Thank you sir for posting the notice and the attached ordinance. For being such "savy" council members as i believe Council member Strauss once called himself in a Mercury article, the lack of common sense in not looking into grant money, or worse yet having it on your plate a year earlier and passing it up is ludicrious ! I also agree with you about the cowardly person that post blogs under the name "Craig Marks". It's easy to make false statements about someone when there is no forum to refute said allegations. Hopefully this will all be over come January, but i think you know as well as i do that even if Mr. Strauss doesn't succeed in his write-in campaign, Mr. Carrig will simply resign while the current council is still in the majority and will vote in Mr. Strauss, as he will resign at the onset of the meeting to make himself available to be appointed to the remaining two years on Mr. Carrigs term.
Yes, I have heard that as being the course that will probably be taken come January.
In Trappe, "someone" is putting up small signs promoting the pvpa.blogspot.com and all of the signs are in close proximity to the Stu Strauss signs. Strange? Even stranger, they are made in the same colors as the signs for "The Trusted Team", Stu's rivals in this election.
And in the world of the strange, this person with this blog, you know Carrig Mark...I mean...Craig Marks, has said he is not on the Council and does not live in Trappe. Maybe he has part of that statement correct.
In even stranger newsm Craig Marks has said that the signs for HIS blog are not his, and not put up by him. Yet in one of his next posts, he tells his readers to write-in Stu Strauss. The very same candidate whose signs are buddy-buddy along our roadways?
The man is a pathological liar...we all know that. Maybe it's the "roid rage" that not only incites his rage, but brings about his forgetfulness. Any news on the results in the outcome of the election before the morning would be greatly appreciated. Thanks !
